What General Pest Control Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Nevada Pest Solutions provides the pest control work described in the estimate or service agreement you approve. General Pest Control may include inspection of accessible areas, treatment for identified general pests, and practical guidance about conditions that may attract or allow pests inside. The pests, treatment locations, preparation steps, and any follow-up visits depend on the written scope; services not listed are not included automatically.
Termite or wood-destroying pest work, wildlife removal, structural repairs, sanitation, exclusion work, and specialized treatments require a separate written agreement when offered. We will not add work without your approval.
Pesticides are used in line with applicable product labels and Nevada pesticide requirements, including Nevada Revised Statutes and Administrative Code Chapter 555 and applicable applicator certification rules. FIFRA label directions govern product use.
The EPA Worker Protection Standard applies to covered agricultural workplaces, not ordinary residential service. Hazardous waste is handled according to its classification and applicable rules.
Arranging, Changing, or Canceling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another channel offered by Nevada Pest Solutions. We will confirm the agreed service, address, date, and any access or preparation instructions. Please provide accurate contact and property information and make sure an adult authorized to approve the work is available when needed.
If you need to cancel or change a visit, contact us as soon as possible using the information in these terms. Any cancellation notice period or fee applies only if it was disclosed in your estimate, service agreement, or appointment confirmation. Weather, safety concerns, access problems, or other conditions may require us to reschedule; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange another time.
If inspection shows that the requested work differs from the agreed scope, we will explain the change and any revised charge before proceeding. We will not perform additional work without your approval. Changes to the service plan may affect timing or results.
Estimates, Charges, and Payment
An estimate describes the work and price proposed based on the information available at the time. It may depend on inspection, pest activity, property access, and the treatment areas requested. The estimate or service agreement will state the applicable charges and any payment timing. No price or payment term is created by these general terms alone.
Please review the written scope before approving service and ask about anything that is unclear. Payment is due as stated in the approved estimate, agreement, or invoice.
You are responsible for charges for work you authorize, subject to the agreed terms and applicable law. If an inspection reveals a need for work outside the approved scope, we will explain the proposed change and its cost. We will wait for your approval before adding that work.
If you dispute an invoice, contact Nevada Pest Solutions promptly and identify the charge in question. A billing discussion does not authorize additional treatment or change the agreed scope. Any taxes or other applicable charges will be shown in the estimate or invoice when required.
What to Know About Service Coverage
Nevada Pest Solutions will perform the work described in your approved service agreement with reasonable care and in keeping with applicable requirements. These terms do not create a separate warranty, guarantee a pest-free property, or promise a particular result or coverage period. Any warranty or follow-up commitment applies only when its terms are stated in writing for the service you purchased.
If you believe there is a problem with completed work, contact us and describe the issue, the service date, and any relevant changes in pest activity. We may need access to inspect the treated areas before discussing a remedy.
Any written coverage may depend on following preparation and safety instructions, allowing access, and maintaining conditions specified in the agreement. It may not cover new infestations, untreated areas, building defects, or activity caused by conditions outside the agreed work.
Do not assume a follow-up visit is included unless your written agreement says so. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Daniel Reyes
Service Expert at Nevada Pest Solutions
I grew up in the Las Vegas area and began my pest control career working in homes where desert heat, irrigation, and small gaps around stucco and block construction often brought pests indoors. I started this company to give Nevada residents clear answers and treatment plans suited to local conditions. I learned that careful inspections and attention to entry points matter as much as the treatment itself.
Responsibility and Applicable Rules
To the extent permitted by law, Nevada Pest Solutions’ responsibility for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, pest activity in untreated areas, or loss caused by inaccurate information, denied access, or failure to follow written preparation and safety instructions. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Pesticide work must follow applicable requirements, including Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 555, Nevada Administrative Code Chapter 555, relevant Nevada applicator certification rules, and the product label under federal pesticide law (FIFRA). The EPA Worker Protection Standard applies where its agricultural workplace requirements are met.
Waste handling depends on the material’s classification and applicable hazardous-waste rules; it is not assumed that every pesticide container or residue is hazardous waste. Nothing in these terms authorizes work contrary to a regulator’s requirements.
Questions and Updates to These Terms
For questions about these terms or a service, contact Nevada Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@nevadapestsolutions.top. Written correspondence may be sent to Hughes Center, 3960 Howard Hughes Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV. We may revise these terms as our practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be made available through the page where these terms are posted.
For changes that materially affect an existing service arrangement, we will provide notice through a reasonable channel, such as email or a direct written notice, when appropriate. Updated terms apply as stated in the notice and subject to applicable law; they do not retroactively change completed work or override a signed agreement where the law does not allow that change.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
